Are clients provided?
Yes. Clients are provided through established relationships with more than 33,000 union and association groups, prior clients requesting additional coverage, referrals, and structured third-party lead sources supplied by the company.
Is there cold calling?
No traditional cold calling. You’re working with requested appointments.
Do I need prior sales experience?
No. Training, mentorship, and support are provided. Work ethic and coachability matter more than experience.
What does a typical day look like?
You schedule requested appointments, meet clients on Zoom, educate them on benefits, and assist with enrollment.
How is income earned?
Income is performance-based and paid weekly, tied to helping families enroll in benefits they request information about. The compensation structure includes performance bonuses, an initial qualifying advance period for new advisors, and residual income opportunities that can develop over time with consistent, quality production.
What do I need to get started?
A reliable internet connection, computer, webcam, and professional workspace are required. A state insurance license is necessary to work with clients. If you do not already hold one, we provide guidance and structured support through the licensing process as part of onboarding.
